RETURN/REFUND POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

At Pink Dazzled Jewelry, we offer a comprehensive return policy designed to accommodate our customers' needs, ensuring our shoppers feel secure and confident in their purchase while maintaining the integrity of our products.

Customers can return or exchange any item except earrings, (due to hygiene reasons), within 14 days of purchase for Domestic orders and 30 days of purchase for International orders as long as they have not been worn or altered. Unfortunately, we do not offer free return labels. The delivery fee for return labels are paid by customers. Our policy allows exchanges of equal or greater value. Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 days. Refunds of the full purchase amount not including shipping will be issued to the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. Please do not return the item outside of the timeframe or your package will not be accepted and will be returned back. Unfortunately, we do not offer a free return label, it is the customers' responsibility to purchase a return label to return and exchange an order.

Sales items are final and are non-refundable. 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and body piercings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
